- Check-In & Check-Out Check-in: From 3pm Check-out: By 11am Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Cancellation & No-Show Reservations must be canceled 72 hours before arrival to avoid charges. No-shows will be charged in full Cancellations 48 hours or later – First night will be charged for in full and for any additional nights (if your reservation is for more than one night), you will not be charged for the additional nights provided the room resells.
- Payment Processing - Full payment is processed 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival from the credit card on file. If you wish to use a different card or need to make any changes, please contact us before this time.
- A valid government-issued photo ID and credit card are required at check-in.
- Dining & Reservations Booking a table at our bar and restaurant is essential. Without a reservation, we cannot guarantee availability. To make a reservation, please contact us at (00353) 659056058 or info@bayviewkilkee.com , or use our online booking system on the Bay View Hotel website.
- Breakfast is available daily from 10am – 1pm, Lunch 12.30pm – 4.15pm and dinner 5pm – 8.45pm . To enjoy breakfast, please book your slot upon arrival at the recption desk, as space is limited.
- House Rules No smoking in rooms Pets are not allowed, No persons under the age of 21 without an accompanying adult, No hen or stag parties, All visitors of guests are required to report to Reception desk, We do not provide cots or travel cots.
- Parking & Wi-Fi - On street parking is available free of charge Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided in all rooms and common areas.

- For Advance Purchase Reservations the credit card is charged upon booking and is striclty non refundable.
