Terms & Conditions 

• Check-In & Check-Out - Check In : From 3pm Check-out: By 11am Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Cancellation & No-Show - Reservations must be cancelled 72 hours before arrival to avoid charges. No-shows will be charged in full for Cancellations 48 hours or later – First night will be charged for in full and for any additional nights (if your reservation is for more than one night), you will not be charged for the additional nights provided the room resells.
• Payment Processing - Full payment is processed 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival from the credit card on file. If you wish to use a different card or need to make any changes, please contact us before this time.
• A valid government-issued photo ID and credit card are required at check-in.
• Dining & Reservations - Reserving a table at our bar and restaurant is essential. Without a reservation, we cannot guarantee availability. To make a reservation, please contact us at (00353) 659056058 or info@bayviewkilkee.com , or use our online booking system on the Bay View Hotel website.
• Parking - On street parking is available free of charge 
• For Advance Purchase Reservations the credit card is charged upon booking and is striclty non refundable.
• Please note that Bay View Hotel has stairs access only and does not have a lift facility
